This extends beyond simply undertaking training courses, to planning and delivering on the job training and gaining practical site experience.
We recognise the importance of employee retention to the successful delivery of our services, especially when operating in the UKCS Oil & Gas Industry where many jobs are transient contractor based. In particular, high employee turnover can result in continued re-training and re-familiarisation with Client’s assets and personnel, with associated increased cost and risk. To combat this we employ a number of measures to minimise employee turnover.
